Is The $35 Deposit applied to our services

Yes the $35 Deposit is there just to Hold your set Appointment. After your service is fulfilled, your Deposit gets applied to your total as a "Credit" , meaning, you receive your deposit back.

How Do we buy Wholesale from your boutique?

Are we Able to use our own hair for our appointment Or is Outside hair not allowed?

Our Stylists allow their clients to use outside hair with the agreement to Pay an additional fee of $70.

In Store Purchases

Under the Arizona State Acts we are Unable to Exchange Human Hair Products.

 In Result our Policy Strictly States that There Are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Appointment Deposits

When Booking an Appointment online a $35 Deposit is Required. 

If in the case of the Stylist Canceling an Appointment you are granted a Refund! 

You MUST come to our Tempe Location with a Valid I.D and the credit card that was used to make the appointment in order to receive a full refund of your deposit . 

If an appointment is missed and not rescheduled or Canceled a Refund WILL NOT  Be Granted !
